MILES EAST OF WIND PT. TO 21 NAUTICAL MILES SOUTH OF WINTHROP
HARBOR...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.
