THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS FROM GRAND HAVEN TO MANISTEE MI...

AT 1034 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 16 NM WEST OF
BIG SABLE POINT TO 40 NM WEST OF THE MUSKEGON LIGHT....MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 30 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  THE WHITE LAKE PIERHEADS AROUND 1155 AM EDT.
  LITTLE SABLE POINT AROUND 1200 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS GREATER THAN 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY
HIGHER WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE
HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
