THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS AND
SMALL HAIL. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 11 NM NORTHWEST OF THE ST.
JOSEPH LIGHT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 KNOTS.
