THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...

  NEARSHORE WATERS FROM ST JOSEPH TO MANISTEE...

AT 1230 PM EDT...WEB CAMS AT MUSKEGON AND HOLLAND INDICATED DENSE
FOG OVER THE NEARSHORE WATERS. VERY COLD WATER TEMPERATURES IN THE
40S HAVE RECENTLY DEVELOPED ALONG THE COAST... AND COULD RESULT IN
FREQUENT OCCURRENCES OF DENSE FOG PATCHES OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IF YOU ENCOUNTER DENSE FOG REDUCE YOUR SPEED AND KEEP A LOOKOUT FOR
OTHER VESSELS...BUOYS...AND BREAKWATERS. KEEP YOUR NAVIGATION LIGHTS
ON. IF NOT EQUIPPED WITH RADAR BE EXTRA CAREFUL OR CONSIDER STAYING
