AT 609 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS AND
SMALL HAIL. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 16 NAUTICAL MILES WEST OF
THE ST. JOSEPH PIERHEADS...MOVING NORTH AT 10 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
