  WINDS WILL BECOMING SOUTHWEST 10 TO 20 KNOTS FOR A SHORT TIME
  BEFORE SWINGING TO THE NORTHWEST AND INCREASING TO GALE FORCE
  SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

* WAVES...3 TO 5 FEET INCREASING TO 6 TO 8 FEET BY TONIGHT AND 8
  TO 12 FEET SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
