* WINDS...SOUTH TO 30 KNOTS INCREASING TO 35 KNOT GALES TODAY. THE
  WINDS WILL VEER TO THE WEST BY TUESDAY WITH THE GALE CONDITIONS
  PERSISTING.

* WAVES...2 TO 4 FEET BUILDING TO 6 TO 10 FEET TODAY. WAVES
  BUILDING TO 8 TO 12 FEET BY TUESDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
