THURSDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND RAPIDS HAS ISSUED A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM WEDNESDAY TO 2 PM
EDT THURSDAY.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 KNOTS WILL VEER TO THE NORTH
  LATE TONIGHT AND INCREASE TO 30 KNOTS. NORTH WINDS TO 30 KNOTS
  WILL CONTINUE WEDNESDAY AND INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT BEFORE
  DIMINISHING.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET AROUND DAYBREAK ON WEDNESDAY.
  WAVES WILL INCREASE FURTHER TO 6 TO 10 FEET WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.
  WAVES WILL FALL BELOW 4 FEET THURSDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OR WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
