* WAVES...1 TO 2 FEET BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET LATE IN THE DAY
  AND CONTINUING TONIGHT. WAVES SUBSIDING TO AROUND 1 FOOT
  TOWARD DAYBREAK WEDNESDAY.
