  30 KNOTS TONIGHT AND CONTINUING INTO SUNDAY.

* WAVES...3 TO 5 FEET TODAY INCREASING TO 5 TO 8 FEET TONIGHT AND
  CONTINUING INTO SUNDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OR WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
