  KNOTS AFTER MIDNIGHT. SOUTH 20 TO 25 KNOTS THURSDAY.

* WAVES...LESS THAN ONE FOOT TONIGHT...BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET
  TOWARD NOON THURSDAY AND TO 5 TO 8 FEET THURSDAY NIGHT.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OR WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
