THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND RAPIDS HAS ISSUED A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
5 PM EDT SUNDAY.

* WINDS...WEST INCREASING TO 15 TO 20 KNOTS THIS AFTERNOON
  BECOMING NORTHWEST AT 15 TO 25 KNOTS THIS EVENING WITH GUSTS
  TOWARDS 30 KNOTS. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE LATE TONIGHT AND
  SUNDAY MORNING.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET TOWARDS EVENING. WAVES WILL PEAK
  AFTER DARK IN THE 4 TO 7 FOOT RANGE BEFORE SUBSIDING GRADUALLY DURING
  THE DAY ON SUNDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OR WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
