* WINDS...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 KNOTS THIS AFTERNOON INTO
  TONIGHT. THE WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH LATE TONIGHT
  INTO MONDAY. A FEW GUSTS TOWARDS 30 KNOTS ARE POSSIBLE ON
  SUNDAY.

* WAVES...WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE INTO THE 3 TO 6 FOOT RANGE THIS
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE WAVES MAY EVEN REACH THE 4 TO 7 FOOT
  RANGE NORTH OF HOLLAND THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OR WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
