THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND RAPIDS HAS ISSUED A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST THURSDAY.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 20 T0 25 KNOTS VEERING WEST 15 TO 20 KNOTS
  TOWARD DAYBREAK.

* WAVES...2 TO 4 FEET BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET BY EARLY EVENING.
  WAVES SUBSIDING 1 TO 3 FEET TOWARD DAYBREAK THURSDAY.

* VISIBILITY...WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES AT OR BELOW
  A QUARTER MILE WILL PREVAIL INTO THE LATE AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
  VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OR WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
