SATURDAY...

* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 knots becoming north at 10 to 20
  knots toward daybreak.

* WAVES...5 to 7 feet decreasing to 2 to 4 feet toward daybreak.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that winds or waves are expected to
produce hazardous conditions to small craft. Inexperienced
mariners...especially those operating smaller vessels should
avoid navigating in these conditions.
