* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 45 to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Mecosta, Montcalm, Osceola, Kent, Ottawa, Lake, Mason,
  Muskegon, Newaygo, and Oceana Counties.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
