AT 10 AM WEDNESDAY. NO FLOODING IS FORECAST.  THE RIVER HAS FALLEN
0.3 FEET IN THE PAST 24 HOURS. FLOOD STAGE IS 9.0 FEET. AT 8.0
FEET... RIVER IS BANKFULL.  RIVER BEGINS TO EXCEED ITS BANKS AND
MINOR FLOODING BEGINS IN LOW LYING AREAS ALONG THE RIVER..
