FOR THE FLAT RIVER NEAR SMYRNA... THE LATEST STAGE WAS 5.5 FEET AT 7
PM THURSDAY.   NO FLOODING IS FORECAST.  THE RIVER HAS BEEN HOLDING
NEARLY STEADY IN THE PAST 24 HOURS AND WILL SLOWLY FALL FRIDAY.
FLOOD STAGE IS 8.5 FEET.
