HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GRAND RAPIDS MI
1051 PM EDT WED APR 6 2016

...Water levels are high or forecast to have significant rises for
the following rivers or creeks:  Grand River at Grand Rapids...Rogue
River at Rockford...White River at Whitehall...Little Muskegon at
Morley...Pine River at Alma...

.Ample soil moisture in addition to recent precipitation will result
in river rises through Southwest Lower Michigan. Scattered rain and
snow showers can be expected into Thursday morning before conditions
trend drier through Thursday afternoon. A quick moving system may
result in light rain and snow Friday and Friday night. Precipitation
amounts are expected to remain light. The following forecast is based
on observed and forecast 24 hour precipitation.

For the Grand River At Grand Rapids... the latest stage was 11.7 feet
at 10 PM Wednesday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage
forecasted is 11.7 feet after midnight tonight.  Flood stage is 18.0
feet.

For the Rogue River Below Rockford... the latest stage was 5.9 feet
at 10 PM Wednesday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage
forecasted is 6.5 feet Friday morning.  Flood stage is 8.0 feet.  At
7.0 feet... River is bankfull..

For the White River Above Whitehall... the latest stage was 3.9 feet
at 10 PM Wednesday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage
forecasted is 4.4 feet early Friday morning.  Flood stage is 6.0
feet.  At 5.0 feet... River is bankfull. Overflow begins in low lying
areas..

For the Little Muskegon River Above Morley... no observed stage was
available.  No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage forecasted is
3.6 feet tomorrow early afternoon.  Flood stage is 6.0 feet.

For the Pine River At Alma... no observed stage was available.  No
flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage forecasted is 6.4 feet
tomorrow evening.  Flood stage is 8.0 feet.  At 7.0 feet... River is
bankfull..
