The following forecasts are for rivers in southwest lower michigan...

For the Muskegon River Near Croton... the latest stage was 7.4 feet
at 8 PM Tuesday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage
forecasted is 7.9 feet early Thursday morning.  Flood stage is 9.0
feet.  At 8.0 feet... River is bankfull. River begins to exceed its
banks and minor flooding begins in low lying areas along the river..


Safety message...Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
