HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GRAND RAPIDS MI
1006 PM EDT FRI MAR 25 2016

.Dry weather is expected through Saturday. Some rain is possible
mainly over the Kalamazoo River basin Sunday and Sunday night. The
next chances for precipitation arrive Wednesday night and Thursday.
The following forecast is based on observed and forecast 24 hour
precipitation.

The following forecasts are for rivers in southwest lower michigan...

For the Grand River Near Comstock Park... the latest stage was 9.8
feet at 7 PM Friday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage
forecasted is 10.7 feet early Monday morning.  Flood stage is 12.0
feet.  At 11.0 feet... River is bankfull..

For the Grand River At Grand Rapids... the latest stage was 8.5 feet
at 9 PM Friday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage
forecasted is 10.3 feet Monday early afternoon.  Flood stage is 18.0
feet.

For the Grand River At Robinson Township... the latest stage was 11.3
feet at 9 AM Friday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage
forecasted is 12.1 feet early Tuesday morning.  Flood stage is 13.3
feet.  At 13.0 feet... River is bankfull..

For the Flat River Near Smyrna... the latest stage was 4.9 feet at 9
PM Friday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage forecasted
is 5.5 feet Sunday evening.  Flood stage is 8.5 feet.

For the Thornapple River Above Hastings... the latest stage was 4.2
feet at 9 PM Friday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage
forecasted is 4.6 feet tomorrow evening.  Flood stage is 7.0 feet.

For the Muskegon River At Evart... the latest stage was 9.3 feet at 9
PM Friday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage forecasted
is 10.1 feet Thursday early afternoon.  Flood stage is 12.0 feet.  At
10.0 feet... River is bankfull..

For the Chippewa River Below Mt Pleasant... the latest stage was 5.5
feet at 9 PM Friday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage
forecasted is 5.9 feet Sunday evening.  Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
