HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GRAND RAPIDS MI
1130 AM EDT TUE MAR 29 2016

...Water levels are high or forecast to have significant rises for
the following rivers or creeks:  Muskegon River at Croton...

.The Muskegon River near Croton is expected to near bankfull by
Wednesday morning...but has a better chance of exceeding its banks
Thursday into Friday after Wednesday night`s rainfall. Up to an inch
of rainfall is possible Wednesday afternoon through Thursday.
The following forecast is based on observed and forecast 24 hour
precipitation.

For the Muskegon River Near Croton... the latest stage was 7.5 feet
at 10 AM Tuesday.   No flooding is forecast.  The maximum stage
forecasted is 8.0 feet tomorrow morning.  Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
At 8.0 feet... River is bankfull. River begins to exceed its banks
and minor flooding begins in low lying areas along the river..

Safety message...Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
