The following forecasts are for rivers in southwest lower michigan...

For the Grand River Near Comstock Park... the latest stage was 10.9
feet at 10 PM Thursday. No flooding is forecast. The maximum stage
forecasted is 11.0 feet after midnight tonight. Flood stage is 12.0
feet. At 11.0 feet... River is bankfull.

For the Chippewa River Below Mt Pleasant... the latest stage was 5.5
feet at 10 PM Thursday. No flooding is forecast. The maximum stage
forecast is 5.5 feet through midnight tonight. Flood stage is 8.0
feet.

Safety message... Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
