FOR THE RED CEDAR RIVER AT EAST LANSING... THE LATEST STAGE WAS 5.5
FEET AT 8 PM WEDNESDAY.   NO FLOODING IS FORECAST.  THE MAXIMUM STAGE
FORECASTED IS 6.5 FEET MONDAY EVENING.  FLOOD STAGE IS 7.0 FEET.  AT
