.River levels are running high as a result of recent precipitation.
Some flooding of low lying areas adjacent to river banks is
occurring. Additional rain is expected on Sunday, but amounts will
not be excessive. The next chance of rain arrives Wednesday into

For the Muskegon River Near Croton... the latest stage was 7.2 feet
at 9 AM Sunday. No flooding is forecast. The maximum stage forecast
is 8.1 feet Tuesday evening. Flood stage is 9.0 feet. At 8.0 feet...
River is bankfull. River begins to exceed its banks and minor
flooding begins in low lying areas along the river.
For the Chippewa River Below Mt Pleasant... the latest stage was 5.7
feet at 9 AM Sunday. No flooding is forecast. The maximum stage
forecast is 5.8 feet after midnight tonight. Flood stage is 8.0
