A BAND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM HOWELL
TO EATON RAPIDS TO HICKORY CORNERS...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

AT 1035 PM EST...A MOTORIST 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF MASON REPORTED NEAR
ZERO VISIBILITY. EXPECT VISIBILITIES TO FALL TO LESS THAN ONE HALF
MILE WITH QUICK ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO HALF AN INCH. THE HEAVY SNOW
WILL LAST ABOUT 20 TO 30 MINUTES AT ANY ONE LOCATION.
