EST TUESDAY...

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

 * STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP OVERNIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY. GUSTS OVER
   35 MPH ARE EXPECTED TUESDAY WHICH WILL RESULT IN CONSIDERABLE
   DRIFTING AND BLOWING SNOW.

 * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES FROM LUDINGTON
   TO HARRISON... TO 1 TO 3 INCHES FOR GRAND RAPIDS TO MOUNT
   PLEASANT AND GENERALLY AN INCH OR LESS FOR LANSING AND JACKSON.
   ADDITIONAL SNOW IS POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT. THE SNOW WILL ARRIVE
   IN LUDINGTON BY 7 AM... THEN BUILD SOUTHEAST TOWARD GRAND
   RAPIDS BY 11 AM. THE SNOW IS NOT LIKELY TO START IN LANSING OR
   JACKSON UNTIL THE AFTERNOON.

 * WIND CHILL VALUES OF 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO ARE LIKELY AROUND
   DAYBREAK.

 * SNOW COVERED AND SLICK ROADS...SOME OF WHICH COULD BECOME
   IMPASSABLE IN RURAL OPEN AREAS.

 * NEAR ZERO VISIBILITIES AT TIMES ESPECIALLY NORTH OF A
   MUSKEGON TO BIG RAPIDS LINE.

 * POSSIBLE SCHOOL/EVENT DELAYS OR CLOSURES.
