 * SNOW WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY THIS MORNING. AN
   ADDITIONAL 4 TO 7 INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED THIS MORNING
   THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING.

 * GUSTY WINDS WILL RESULT IN BLOWING SNOW AND LITTLE TO NO
   VISIBILITY AT TIMES.

 * WIND CHILLS AT OR BELOW ZERO WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT INTO
   THURSDAY.

IMPACTS...

 * HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS TODAY THROUGH TONIGHT.

 * TRAVEL ON HIGHWAY US-31 AND I-196 WILL BE HAZARDOUS TODAY
   ESPECIALLY DURING THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON COMMUTES.

 * RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITY AND ROAD CONDITIONS ARE LIKELY
   ESPECIALLY ALONG THE LAKE SHORE.

 * TIME TO FROSTBITE FROM EXPOSURE TO COLD THROUGH TONIGHT INTO
   THURSDAY IS ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
