The Flood Advisory is cancelled for a portion of upstate South
Carolina, including the following areas, Cherokee and Spartanburg.

The threat for widespread flooding had increased over the area.
Therefore the Flood Advisory was been replaced by a Flash Flood
Warning. Please refer to that bulletin for more information.
