OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE MORE THAN
TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

A SURFACE TROUGH JUST EAST OF THE AREA WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE WEST
AND WEAKEN OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS. OTHERWISE...A RIDGE OF HIGH
PRESSURE WILL REMAIN NORTH OF THE AREA AND MAINTAIN MODERATE TO
FRESH EAST WINDS OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS THROUGH THE WEEKEND. A NEW
HIGH WILL MOVE NORTH OF THE AREA BY LATE SUNDAY...STRENGTHENING THE
EAST WINDS.
