including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Light to moderate southeast winds will continue through the end of the
week. Seas are expected to increase later in the week due to the increasing
southeasterly fetch. Caution flags might be needed. Conditions are expected
to become somewhat favorable for patchy sea fog through Thursday. However,
rising sea surface temperatures may inhibit development. Rain chances
return Friday afternoon and continue through the upcoming weekend.
A cold front is expected to move across the area over the weekend with
light to moderate north to northeast winds developing in its wake.
