* WHAT...For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water
levels. For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25
kt with gusts up to 30 kt and rough bay waters.
* WHERE...Matagorda Bay and Galveston Bay.
* WHEN...For the Low Water Advisory, until 5 AM CDT early this
morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 AM CDT this
morning.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
conditions.
