  Galveston Bay...

* Until 345 PM CDT.

* At 250 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Upper San
  Jacinto Bay, or 13 nm northwest of Galveston Bay, moving east at 35
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  East Galveston Bay, Galveston Ship Channel, Upper San Jacinto Bay,
  Scott Bay, Galveston Bay Entrance, Galveston Bay, Tabbs Bay, Burnet
  Bay, Offatts Bayou, North Jetty, Galveston Pier 21, Trinity Bay,
