...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN MCPHERSON AND
SOUTHEASTERN SALINE COUNTIES THROUGH 800 PM CDT...

At 657 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of Mcpherson, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lindsborg, Assaria, Gypsum, Bridgeport, and Kipp.

This includes Interstate 135 between Mile Markers 67 and 83.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for central
Kansas.
