the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for northeastern
and east central Indiana.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN ADAMS AND NORTHWESTERN JAY COUNTIES...
At 714 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Pennville, or 7
miles northwest of Portland, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Portland, Geneva, Pennville, Center, Bryant, Fiat, and Balbec.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for northeastern
and east central Indiana.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
