.DISCUSSION...

High pressure and dry conditions today. Southeasterly flow will
create winds 10-15 mph and allow an early start to the Atlantic
seabreeze as it moves over the site by midday. Dispersions will be
in the fair range as mixing heights remain modest around 2.0 kft
and transport winds remain 10-15 mph from the southeast. Southerly
winds will remain southeasterly 10-15 mph after sunset and then
decrease after midnight to 5-10 mph from the south under increasing
clouds.
