...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 9 AM EDT TUESDAY...
* WHAT...Temperatures are forecast to bottom out in the 30 to 35
range at most locations on Tuesday morning. Milder ridgetop
locations are expected to reach the upper 30s to lower 40s. This
will result in frost formation for most locations, except, little
or no frost on milder ridgetops.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
