.DISCUSSION...
Surface low pressure across Manitoba will move into nrn Ontario
tonight. The sfc low is producing light west and southwest winds
across the Dakotas and Nebraska this morning.

Southwest winds near 10 mph are underway and should continue
throughout the afternoon. A shift to the south is expected this
evening accompanied by a drop in speeds. No significant wind
shifts are likely at the burn site today or tonight.
