.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Winds and seas
will remain light tonight. A thermal trough will develop Sunday
with moderate to strong north winds. The strongest winds and
steepest seas will occur south of Cape Blanco with gales
persisting through Monday evening. Conditions are expected to
improve Tuesday into Wednesday.
