...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 9 AM PDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31 expected.

* WHERE...The Applegate and Sams valleys and portions of the Rogue
  Valley. This includes Grants Pass, Applegate, Ruch, Rogue River,
  Gold Hill, White City, Eagle Point, Shady Cove. The area also
  includes outlaying areas of Medford, Jacksonville, Phoenix,
  Talent, and Ashland.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
