.DISCUSSION...

Snow shower potential remains into midday, with chances dropping
off rapidly thereafter. Southeasterly breezes are also expected
through the early afternoon hours, and will diminish briefly
early this afternoon before shifting to northwest late this
afternoon into tonight. Mixing heights will slowly rise to 2300 ft
this afternoon, but these heights may end up being lower due to
precipitation. RH values are expected to remain high throughout
the day, only falling to near 70 percent this afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (90-100 percent). Snow early in the
                    morning, then chance of snow in the afternoon.
Temperature.........29 at ignition...Max 38.
RH..................92 percent at ignition...Min 69 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds southeast at 5 mph at
                    ignition...otherwise Southeast winds around 5
                    mph early in the morning becoming light, then
                    becoming northeast around 5 mph early in the
