VFR conditions will prevail through the afternoon into much of the
evening hours. Light winds and clear skies tonight will set the
stage for another round of low stratus and fog overnight. Expect
visibilities and ceilings to lower to IFR levels across many
locations between 05-09z with the highest likelihood of LIFR or
VLIFR conditions from 08-13z. A return to VFR conditions is
expected by mid Thursday morning. Winds will remain light out of
the south to southeast, becoming light and variable to calm
overnight. 34/JFB
