...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN CLAIBORNE...
NORTHWESTERN HAWKINS...HANCOCK...NORTHEASTERN GRAINGER AND
SOUTHWESTERN LEE COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 PM EDT...

At 952 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southeast of Cubage, or 12 miles west of Sneedville, moving
southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Rogersville, Sneedville, Bean Station, Howard Quarter, Mooresburg,
Ewing, Evanston, Rose Hill, Treadway, and Klondike.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
