...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM EDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN HARRISON...NORTHERN GUERNSEY...SOUTHEASTERN
COSHOCTON...NORTHEASTERN MUSKINGUM AND SOUTHERN TUSCARAWAS
COUNTIES...

At 1249 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near West
Lafayette, or 8 miles east of Coshocton, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Public.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
         power outages.

Locations impacted include...
Coshocton, Newcomerstown, West Lafayette, Gnadenhutten, Antrim,
Tuscarawas, Port Washington, Conesville, Plainfield, Gilmore, Otsego,
Birmingham, Boden, Kimbolton, and Salt Fork State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM EDT for east central
Ohio.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
