region through Thursday. Northwest winds this morning will
transition to offshore (northeast to east winds) this afternoon
through Thursday. Chances of precipitation are low (10-15%),
but an afternoon shower cannot be ruled out today. Overnight
humidity recovery is forecast to be moderate to good (worst on
ridgetops) while afternoon RHs are forecast to be low.
