...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL GILMER AND NORTH CENTRAL
BRAXTON COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM EDT...

At 557 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Glenville, moving southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Glenville, Cedar Creek State Park, Burnsville, Sand Fork, and Stouts
Mills.

This includes Interstate 79 between mile markers 78 and 79.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
northern and north central West Virginia.
