...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM AST THIS
AFTERNOON FOR TOA ALTA AND TOA BAJA COUNTIES...

At 138 PM AST, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 2 hours.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
Public already reported flooded streets.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Public reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Toa Alta, Toa Baja, Sabana Seca, Dorado, Candelaria, San Jose,
  Candelaria Arenas, Campanilla, Pajaros, Galateo, Ingenio, H.
  Rivera Colon, Levittown and Mucarabones.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
