...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE CARIBBEAN WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Caribbean Waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, including the
  Coastal Waters of Saint Croix...
  Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 522 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from Guayama coast into offshore
Caribbean waters. These thunderstorms were almost stationary.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
