...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING
TO 6 AM AST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Hazardous seas between 5 and 7 feet with occasional
  seas up to 8 feet, increasing between 6 and 8 feet with
  occasional seas up to 10 feet on Wednesday.

* WHERE...Offshore Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico and USVI.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM AST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
