...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE SATURDAY MORNING...
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce.
* WHEN...Until late Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs.
Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125
near the fairgrounds will be closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to continue slowly rising
today and Wednesday to a crest of 20.0 feet by early Thursday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday
morning.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
