* WAVES AND SURF...SURF BUILDING TO 5 TO 8 FT WITH SETS TO 10 FT
  THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. SWELL
  AND SURF WILL SLOWLY LOWER DURING THE DAY THURSDAY.

* TIMING...THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT WITH THE HIGHEST SURF EXPECTED
  LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* TIDES...HIGH TIDE OF 4.8 TO 5 FT AT AROUND 610 AM TODAY AND 5.2
  TO 5.3 FT AT AROUND 645 AM THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS...STRONG RIP CURRENTS AND DANGEROUS SWIMMING CONDITIONS.
  MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT SUSCEPTIBLE LOW LYING BEACH AREAS
  DURING HIGH TIDE.
