AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WAS 19.5 DEGREES...5.7 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE
AVERAGE HIGH FOR THE MONTH WAS 29.3 DEGREES...WITH AN AVERAGE LOW OF
9.7 DEGREES.

THE HIGH TEMPERATURE REACHED 40 DEGREES OR WARMER ON ELEVEN
DAYS...THE WARMEST BEING ON THE 26TH AND 27TH WHEN THE HIGH REACHED 51
DEGREES. ONLY ELEVEN DAYS HAD LOW TEMPERATURES OF ZERO OR COLDER. THE
COLDEST DAY WAS THE 4TH...WITH A LOW OF 19 BELOW. THREE RECORDS WERE
